About ZiroPDF
ZiroPDF is a free collection of 36 online tools for working with PDF documents. Our mission is simple: give everyone fast, private, and completely free access to the document tools they use every day — without installing software, creating an account, or uploading sensitive files to a remote server.
Our story
ZiroPDF was created because we believe working with documents should not come at the cost of your privacy. Most online PDF services require you to upload your files to their servers, where they may be stored, scanned, or retained for unknown periods of time. For confidential material — contracts, financial statements, medical records, identity documents — that trade-off is simply unacceptable.
Modern browsers are powerful enough to do the heavy lifting themselves. ZiroPDF uses proven open-source technology to read, edit, and convert PDF documents entirely on your own device. The result is a service that is faster (no upload and download time), safer (your files never travel over the internet), and available to anyone with a web browser.
What makes ZiroPDF different
- Local processing. Every tool runs inside your browser. Your files never leave your device, and we have no way to see them.
- Genuinely free. There are no premium tiers, trial limits, or watermarks. All 36 tools are free for personal and commercial use, supported by advertising.
- No registration. You never need to create an account, confirm an email address, or hand over personal information to use any tool.
- Works everywhere. ZiroPDF runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS — anywhere a modern browser runs.
- Multiple languages. The interface is available in English, Arabic, French, and Spanish, with full right-to-left support.
Our tools
The ZiroPDF suite covers the full range of everyday PDF tasks: merging and splitting documents, compressing large files, rotating and cropping pages, converting between PDF and image formats (JPG, PNG, WebP), extracting text, adding watermarks, page numbers, headers and footers, editing document metadata, and much more. We regularly review usage and feedback to decide which tools to improve and add next.
