Excel to PDF
Turn Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx) or CSV files into a printable PDF document.
About this tool
Spreadsheets are great for working with data, but terrible for sharing: recipients can change formulas, and the layout shifts between programs. Excel to PDF converts your .xlsx workbook or .csv file into a fixed, printable PDF where every row appears exactly as you intended.
The conversion happens entirely in your browser. Financial data, price lists and client tables never touch a server — a privacy guarantee that matters when your spreadsheet contains sensitive numbers.

Frequently asked questions
Which spreadsheet formats are supported?
Modern Excel workbooks (.xlsx) and plain CSV files. The old .xls format is not supported — re-save it as .xlsx in Excel first.
How are the cells laid out in the PDF?
Each spreadsheet row becomes one line, with cell values separated by dividers. It is designed for clean, readable output rather than pixel-perfect grid reproduction.
Does it convert formulas?
The tool exports the stored cell values. If your file was saved by Excel, calculated results are included; formulas themselves are not re-evaluated.
