ZiroPDF provides free, browser-based tools for working with PDF documents and images, including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and editing files. All processing is performed locally in your web browser; your files are not uploaded to our servers.

You retain all rights to the documents you process with ZiroPDF. Because your files are processed locally and never transmitted to us, we claim no ownership of, and have no access to, your content. You are solely responsible for the documents you choose to process and for complying with any laws that apply to them.

The ZiroPDF name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of ZiroPDF and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Service is built on open-source software components, which remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processed files will meet your requirements. Always keep a backup copy of important documents before processing them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZiroPDF and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
