Crop PDF

Trim margins from every page by setting crop values in millimeters.

About this tool

Wide white margins waste screen space on tablets and e-readers, and scanned documents often carry uneven borders. Crop PDF trims a precise amount from each edge of every page — you set the top, bottom, left and right values in millimeters.

Cropping is applied uniformly to all pages, making it perfect for preparing documents for small screens or removing scanner edge artifacts.

Frequently asked questions

Is cropping destructive?
The crop updates the page boxes, so hidden content outside the crop area may still exist in the file. For visual purposes the pages display and print at the new size.
How much should I crop?
Standard documents have 20–25 mm margins; trimming 10–15 mm from each side is usually safe. Check your first page and adjust.
Can I crop each page differently?
This tool applies one crop to all pages for consistency. Split the document first if different sections need different crops.
